National Association for Family Child Care - The NAFCC provides technical assitance to family child care associations. This assistance is provided through development of leadership, professionalism, addressing of diversity issues, and by promoting quality through the NAFCC's Family Child Care Accreditation. They provide good information on starting your own Family Child Care Business as well as other resources.

National Child Care Association (NCCA) - "The only national association serving the private, licensed childhood and education community." Helps providers become better informed about issues that can make a difference in your business and gain access to money-saving opportunities, great networking and professional development opportunities.

The National Association for the Education of Young Children - Exists for the purpose of leading and consolidating the efforts of individuals and groups working to achieve healthy development and constructive education for all young children. NAEYC Affiliate Groups share and help to implement NAEYC's primary goals of improving professional practice and working conditions in early childhood education and building public understanding and support for high quality early childhood programs.

The National Association of Child Care Professionals - NACCP is committed to
strengthening the skill level of leaders in the field of early child care and education. The organization's goal is to improve, enhance and strengthen the credibility of the people who lead the child care industry by providing membership services and benefits.
